    With Green Touch Bodywork, the power of Polyvagal Theory®, Somatic Experiencing®, Neural Somatic Integration® and Chronic Pain Release Sessions to help my clients achieve a more balanced and healthy life. The sessions are designed to help you tap into your body's natural healing powers and release the physical and emotional pain that may be holding you back. "After decades of active engagement with self-body integrative modalities and self-body-oriented bodywork on myself, it is now clear to me how much the body serves as a portal for our suppressed and needy emotions. In particular, the abdominal area, the psoas muscle - the tissue that surrounds the vagus nerve at its home - is ready to release tension and put the entire nervous system into a state of peace with a gentle invitation. We hold trauma/tensions in our abdominal area as a protective response to the stress of everyday life and past experiences. As Peter Levine said, 'Trauma is an internal straitjacket created when a devastating moment is frozen in time.' With my hands, we feel the held 'frozen in time' and gently invite it to let go. Images, feelings, and experiences unfold from the state of frozen, allowing the energy to return to the self-integration in the entire system."
